The hotel's great location close to the city center made it easy for me to get to the restaurant I wanted to try out. The cleanliness of the rooms impressed me, and the hotel facilities were thorough. Finding free safe parking on the street to the rear of the hotel was a pleasant surprise. Lastly, the staff was very helpful with regards to transportation suggestions.

I had a strange yet delightful experience at Hotel Casanova. The place seemed abandoned from the front, but to my surprise, the door to reception was open. Despite not seeing any staff around, the receptionist was extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the location was fantastic. I found free safe parking on the street behind the hotel and enjoyed a reasonably priced three-course meal in the hotel's restaurant. The bar and restaurant attached to Casanova were also great, with the best homemade albondigas I've ever had. The young waitress was friendly and understanding, despite the language barrier.
